Hey well basically the loval chavs came onto the fields and tryed to race me, they stood no chance off road but what would the out come be most like on road, dont get me wrong the runner has the bigger engine but the kx is built for racing and packs alot bigger punch then the runner, only problem i have on road is the front going for the sky Embarassed so does anyone have any idea if ill get showed up ect because if i will ill just go play on the field instead Very Happy

on the other hand you are 16, so coming on to the roads means you'll be riding illegally (not to mention the fact that I doubt your kx is even road registered, never mind taxed or MOT'd. ) Im not some kind of safety nazi, but racing chavs on an illegal bike sounds like a recipe for a well deserved licence loss. They are chavs, let them be chavs.

Also I think its unlikely your kx will do more than 50, there is no reason for it to be geared to do more. Its an off road bike.

Edds theres lots of roads round here that havent been open to the public yet so i wouldnt be putting other peoples lives in risk apart from my self and of course i know the risks of what would happen. also the bike has 6 gears with 17 tooth front i think and 42 back. fast enough for off road either way. Wink

DON'T play with chavs. They have none of the morals that we take for granted. Nor can you trust them. They will try to get one up on you whether you win or not. Either my harming you, stealing or damaging your bike or worse following you home and invading on your life there.

Stay clear and don't rise to the bait.

...and by "seeing what it'll do" I'd hope you mean a speed test, not just reading an inaccurate speedo Very Happy

Try using a speed camera, they never fail to get an accurate reading.

a pushbike speedo would work.. as long as it supports speeds that high.. some cheap ones won't
