Back stabbing bitches! (need advice)

OK here is the situation and i need to know what people would do in my situation.

Two girls i work with wanted me to cover their days off in my home town so i did and they said they where telling the boss they wanted me there all the time so they could have mentioned days off. They didnt!

they lied to my face right before a meeting which was about time sheet discrepancies, they said they said no such thing and are not giving me hours! They told alot of lies basically.

now for the real backstabbing moment!

Since i mistrusted them i asked to see my time sheet as this girl had been accused of didling. So off to the office i went without them knowing and i was shocked! i worked 10 days for them while they had there days off , i even worked my days off as i need the monet and they said dont worry we will write yuor hours down as that was their job and they didnt! they said they did it all! said i only worked 1 day! WTF? the boss believed me as i had it all wrote down and changed it all, they have been caught now. They troed to take my wages, steal from me! they were not even present yesterday and i done all the work and they said i wasnt there!

They are now being investigated and possibly sacked or disaplined. The boss gave me a nice check and paid me rmore without my training wage which was nice of her as i was broke and wasnt suppose to get paid anyway till next month. they sent people down to pick all the files which one them girls asked me to fill in their names (which i didnt fill in at all as i knew something was up)

Thing is now i wanna txt them! should i let them know i know? ahould i call them thiefs and how dare they try and take my wages! ?

few mates have said leave it and let the office deal with it but i will have to work withthemif they keep their jobs when i am coverin for them and i cant work with people like that. I plan on following it up and making sure something is done about it though.

My advice is to allow the correct diciplinary procedure to be followed before you stick your oar in, let your boss know how you feel about it as well perhaps but don't actually interfere as it could compromise the firm's position with regard to diciplinary action and might even get you in a difficult position as well.
Once it settles you still have the option of getting your own back, revenge is a dish best eaten cold etc and you will have the opportunity to carefully plan something appropriate

I'd let the boss handle it. Act as though nothing has happened, keep on maintaining your own records that you submit to your boss. Give 'em enough rope...

I really am bitting my lip here. I said to boss if they go i want a one of their jobs in my own town as i know all the clients and the run. I made sure they where doing something about it to as i believe they should be sacked, but i think they are digging up stuff on them now to have a case. They def have a case from me. they where told to give me the time sheet yesterday and they didnt thats because my name wasnt on it and they didnt want me to see it.

I was thinking of texting "opps you made a few errors on the time sheet but me and the bosses fixed it" but i think keep stuimp as they may not know yet they still havnt got their wages!

or bite my tongue for a bit i have to work with them on the weekend to!

Since they moved me to another location because of them two liars, Its hard already for me to get there. There is gale force wind outside and its lashing down and the road there is long and dangerous on the bike and my parents believe it or not say no. I am expected to drive round till 1.30 in that and then come up at 8pm and drive round till about 11 or midnight and come back down the hazzordous roads. If they had of left me in my home town i could have gotten run around by dad or walked. I explained this was difficult on a bike but no one is listening there just worrying about cover.

So i am looking out the window and i really dont know what to do as even yesterday the wind near had me dead on them roads. I have applied for other jobs anyway .

I was in the shop last night and one of the walked in after me and was nice as pie to me and stil working away, her mum was in the car looking like she was having a full scale rant to her BF. So maybe the office are still investigating but they should have been suspended until they had it looked into at least. If they where trying to steal my wages what else where they at?

ah healthcare superb, please tell me you work for some major local healthcare trust.....if so you should have a union.....?

Dont say a word to these girls, at all, before, during or after, let your workplace deal with it through correct disciplinary procedure.

Smile sweetly if they do return, makes it all the harder for them, being nice is far easier than being nasty, far less effort and will really piss them off.

If your work place have not dealt with it and you get grief or hassle from these two, raise a grievance, you should have a company handbook etc explaining how to do this.

If they carry on diddling your hours, then again raise a formal grievance with your employer, if they dont deal with it satisfactorily raise another one (raise all grievances in writing, clearly stating your issues and what you want achieved) in that grievance meeting and they should have one if they know their stuff, mention the two words constructive dismissal and how they have not dealt with the problem......

Well looks like i am moving to the next stage as they are still working and i let it out to them as i said i was not covering them on saturday and sunday,i txt them to letthem know and they asked why, so i decided since i wasnt working there anymore that i would tell. Seems they sorted out the time sheets and they made it look like i was lying apparently. I have the txts which start off that they said they didnt take anytime off and then they admited to the days they took off

So there will be phone calls to the office in the morning as i thought something like this would happen and all i care is that i get my pay and it dosnt look good at the moment. Can i sue if they dont pay? even of them girls fabricated the time sheets?
