Sorry guys, if this has already been asked.

I've just got an e-mail from eBay (deffo from them, no phishing or anything) saying the following:

Quote:
We are contacting you about the following item: ARAI HELMET LADIES RAGLAN TEE..NEW LOW PRICE (#330015523520) The seller, comeonsasha tells us you have mutually agreed not to complete the transaction (either because you returned or are returning the item for a refund, or because there was a misunderstanding) and has requested a credit for their eBay fees.

Please respond by 28-Sep-2006 so eBay knows whether you have made this agreement.

Please note: you and the seller will still be able to leave feedback for each other regarding this transaction.

Thank you,
eBay

Now it's true that this transaction didn't complete. Basically, they misadvertised the item. I ordered it and when I received it I realised it was wrong. When I told them they apologised and said to send it back, I duly did so (paying postage) and they refunded my money. I even left them positive feedback as they'd been helpful, so WTF is going on here?!!

Your help is muchos appreciated on this please... Smile

Ah, the penny drops (I think) Confused . So they're claiming credit back from eBay, rather than from me?
