hi all..
passed my direct access a couple of months ago and have been very patient about finding a bike i really liked...
have seen some very colorful and dangerous looking ones for sale and although my heart was shouting "buy and ride buy and ride" i resisted...

yesterday i went to southampton and picked up my 98 reg yzf600r and drove it 240 miles home to cornwall...

it rained , i nearly got blown of it a couple of times as the wind really picked up and i lost the back end a little bit once but it was the best feeling i have had for years.. all alone and everyday stress and worries vanished as i overtook cars and rode around some twisting roads...

by the time i got back i was nackered but very happy and i was still smiling this morning when we (me and my new baby) when for a 5 hour tour around cornwall..wet and cold but grinning all the way...

anyway i just wanted to say hi..
Very Happy

I bet that was a good experience, but couldn't you have found another Thundercat more locally?
