Dizziness (help)

My head is spinning really bad, i have walked into stuff and i can hardly sit in the chair here. proper freaking out.

I have had spells for the last few days just on and off but this is bad. I dont drink or anything so its not a hangover..

When i was out on the bike yesterday i got off and i was dizzy. And last week at work. I am shaking and all as its making me feel ill and all.

I have heard about vertigo, would that be it or ear infection? was at doctor last week and he said it could be a virus and i was to go back if it was still like this, and its gotten worse. I am waiting on him calling me back.

Can stress do this?

edit:also i was having bad headaches last week and had one yesterday, felt like my head was going to busrt.

Sounds like tension headaches, migranes.

Durng a migrane, i go blind loose feeling in my face, have no sense of balance or anything, get dizzy and usually am sick, the stabbing pains in the head.

Stress makes me have these ones along with caffine.

I havnt had anything with caffine in years and had a migrane once before where i went blind, thats scary stuff. Its not as bad as it was when i woke my definatly my head dont feel right

Your docters the best person to speak to.

Hopefully it will be something simple like an ear infection etc and it will be fixed quickly.

Have doctors today but he precribed me betahistine hydrocloride. Basically an inner ear infection i think.

next question anyone have to put up with postherptic neuralgia? sick of it now.
