I need a change from the old ginsters pasty, cheese and pickle sandwich, mini cheddars, banana and snickers bar.

Lets have some inspiration! Wink

Well, I like to buy a roast chicken from tesco and some nice fresh baps. Not the lady variety of coarse.
Add some grated carrott, lettuce, cucumber and a little salad cream and bingo. Roast chicken and salad baps. Smile
Also take some fruit. Grapes are easy and I'm also partial to the odd pear.
1 choccy biccy to finish. Thumbs Up

Tasty chicken (roast or tikka) and tomato salad sandwhiches, a yoghurt, some melon, an apple, banana and sometimes a mandarin and some grapes. If i've been good i'll throw in something smothered in chocolate too! Yum yum! Mr. Green

I used to have things like nutri-grain bars, crisps and home made pasta dishes as alternatives too, to keep things from getting boring.

Depends on my mood but generally will be chicken and salad, or hoummus (tescos red peper or lemon & coriander yum) with veggies to dip, or home-made tabbouleh with a bit of feta cheese, possibly tuna/sweetcorn/mayo/onion with salad, poached salmon with philly cheese and pesto sauce and salad, you get the idea?

Low-GI dieting rocks! Thumbs Up And carbs are bad, mmkay? Laughing

lol, we have a george foreman grill at work and microwave, so it might be beyond the reach of most but here goes...

1 tescos finest sausage
an apple
a banana
Pineapple slice, peach or kiwi fruit
1 can of chunky vegetable soup
a health bar

If I'm running long distance then I'll bung in a mars or snickers. And if I'm being naughty I'll throw in a can of full sugar coke.

How sad is my life Laughing

Bored with butties after nearly 25 years of them.

I'll buy and Asda salad, some cold meat, maybe some chicken, no more potato salad (the new Extra Special is Extra Crap), maybe some pate. Chippy at least once a week (Fish, chips & curry).

Anything but butties Sick

Cheers,

Byrnie.

Don't forget bagels!
Buy the Italian meat selction pack from the super market.
Some mixed salad in a bag and some cream cheese.

Loads of cream cheese, few slices of the meat and then salad.

Another one is smoked salmon and the cream cheese Razz Thumbs Up

That's quite cheap aswell.

Bombay mix is good for a snack instead of crisps.

Ham and cheese baguette, apple, banana, madarin, nut bar, box of raisins. Slightly different from the KFC bargain bucket or McLardburger I used to have.

I had cereals today. I keep a box of cornflakes and a box of porridge at work for lunch, and I also have a stash of big soups so I can take my pick.

Usually have a yogurt and some fruit too.

I can't be arsed with faffing about to prepare something in advance so this suits me just fine. Just have to remember to bring milk. Wink
