Has anyone else obtained the above-named album? It's absolutely superb - I don't think there's a single duff track on it, and most of them are excellent or 'above average'!

You can't really complain about a band who manage to use the popular '80s kids TV series 'Wacaday' as a euphemism for masturbation in a song about the lovely Michela Strachan - or have a song with the lyrics "I'll never be a guy like He-Man, or a girl like She-Ra, I'm a fragile creature like Battle-Cat"!!

If you haven't heard it, but wondered who these young scallywags are who penned the awesome "She's so lovely" and "Elvis isn't dead"; go out and buy it tomorrow!

That is all.

Every time I hear the jaunty pounding of a chord on the piano I imagine that it is I extracting said sound by means of the singer's face.

I'll admit that some of their songs share similar riffs or beats or whatever, but it hasn't dulled my enjoyment of the whole thing; they certianly aren't the only group that you can accuse of this!

I like their style, which means it isn't exactly a problem that they repeat it so often! There's enough variety over the album to keep me amused. It doesn't hurt that I can identify with the lyrics to several of their songs, which adds a little something.

I don't listen to much radio so I haven't suffered endless repetition of the main singles like others seem to have.

I think it's amazing. Best album in the past 2 years IMO, love it.

I agree Jodie - it's a chirpy little album.

Heartbeat is my favourite at the moment - it sorta sums up how I feel when I meet a certain young lady. Sad but true!

I need a holiday is the top tune i'd say, coming close is Heartbeat.

Holiday is good to listen too at the end of college/work Smile

Their songs are irritating, in fact a lot of man bands at the moment are driving me crazy.

I'd take more notice of that if it wasn't for the fact that everything in the entire universe seems to royally piss you off!

Scouting for Girls are hardly unique in that respect!
