This weekend...

I bent my knees to sit down, and the right one cracked...

Hurt quite a fucking bit at the time, but calmed downlater.

Just been into work today and the pain is unbearable... Bending or straightening my knee kills and when it's not moving it aches round the back of my knee.

Anyone had this before? It's fucking painful!

Pulled ligament maybe......... take some ibuprufen regulary, for a few days.
