What oil in YZF450?

My friend wants to know what type of oil to put in his YZF 450 (4 stroke single crosser) and also how often does it need changing for light use around fields.

Anyone got a manual for it also they could email me would be great Thumbs Up

Best to change it very frequently, same with all singles of that sort of size in that state of tune. as to what oil is needed, some sort of high quality racing oil, such as Fuchs 4t should prolly be used. At least thats what I use in my DR.

Thanks. Wasn't sure if it was normal oil or some special crosser stuff made in the belly of a dragon.
