Whats the best system for fitting a TomTom to a sports bike?? As I understand it the supplied system is designed to clip onto straight bars. Not much good if you've got clip-ons.

Sure i've seen a Kwak14 with some sort of ball joint. Anyone know any more about these??

can recommend Touratech kit for mounting GPS units.
https://www.touratech.de/Shop_uk/enter.html?target=p_6004.html&lang=en-us

their cradles are aluminium, and some are lockable. They also the offer the option of their own fittings, or using RAM fittings.

no the cheapest, but Very well made.

That's all very well and good, but a sports bike doesn't have handlebars but machined alluminuim clip-ons attached either side of the yolk.

That's the problem at the moment with sat navs, all mounting kits come with handlebar clamps only - they need to make some sort of suction cup affair like the Road Angle show here on my SV, or some form of center yolk mounting kit as standard so we don't have to spend another £60 odd on an aftermarket one Wink
