.....and i hope its my last.

I came out of the Girlfriends tonight and my bike had packed up once again. The plugs where black again so i had to take them out and repalce them with a clean set. While doing this some chavs walked over and started asking if i wanted a push start. I politely told them i was Ok and eventually the bike started. Some of them are OK i guess, but i was still wary of them.

While riding home the roads seemed nice and dry and ice free. The bike played up as usual and kept dying so i was all the time having to keep the revs on. I think this was my undoing.....

I turned to come down my street and felt the back end kick out. I eased off the throttle but before i knew it the bike was side ways and i was rolling across the verge. When i tried to get up the road was like a big sheet of ice.

The first thing i was intrested in was if my bollocks where still attached. Thankfully it was cold and no damage had been done. The bike was OK as well, not that i cared anymore. Its been nothing but trouble from the day i got it.

It was only a slow speed off but it still hurt like hell. Both my knees are sore, and quite painful when i stand on them, and i've got a nice big graze down my shin. I had all my kit on; gloves, armoured jacket and my boots.

Overall i've had a piss poor start to 2007. I can only hope it gets better.

Cheers,
Shaun.

I suggest standing on your feet rather than your knees.

Sorry about the spill though.
