A couple of pairs of pliers, a toothbrush and lots of paraffin and swearing. Ultimately it's a case of replacing the chain. Chains with tight spots tend to wear much faster. ____________________ I must not be a troll...

Are you talking tight spot or stiff links? If stiff links as above, if its a tight spot in the chain there isn't much you can do. Just make sure when you adjust the chain its done at its tightest spot. ____________________ Andy Sez....

chains will have tight spots, just adjust your chain from this part. its nothing unusuall if its stiff links then it will be rust and filth causeing that, so the chain wont of been looked after and will more than likly need replacing ____________________ 2nd time around CBT: 8/9/11
