If you look inside the engine itself this part is holding the cam followers (so unless your engine is in bits you dont need to worry about it )
The lower one is for the engine timeing inspection port, theres a wheel undernetth which shows where the engine is at that time (top dead center, fireing e.t.c.) you need this for when you check valve clearances..
Oil every 1000miles is important on these (will say iin the manual what sort) valve clearances should stay ok for a good long time..
Thing with the chinese copys is theres literally hundreds of makers, some of very good quality, some which you can't get insured because they are simply so poorly made they could get you killed!
Keep the chain in good condition and adjusted, try and find a manual if possible, other than that dont worry too much i reckon
Good luck  ____________________ >RidingSkills<->Tech Tips<->MyBikes< |

thanks for the info guys...
i had yet another problem with it the day.i covered 150 miles then got back in my area where i saw an old m8 give him a go and he came back round the corner pushing it...after closer inspection its not getting a spark si it looks like the coil has packed up... he he cheap bikes eh.lol.oh and i noticed the rear footpeg has fallen off at some point during the day,dont need that anway cos i cant carry passengers anyway.so ill have to go and buy a new coil the morra.
the joysof motoring.still enjoying every minute i spend on the road its great..im glad i can still laugh about it.. |

Losing parts and struggling to find replacements will become a monotonous reoccuring phenomenon. Before you pay out for a new coil, I'd make sure all the electrical connectors are tight and clean. ____________________ I must not be a troll...
