Hey,

I'm trying to experient with my hair as I'm fed up with 'short back & sides'. It's a little bit longer now, so I need something to style it with other than 'extra stong hold' gel. I'm not concerned with the height any more, just something so it isn't really fluffy. Any ideas? I've tried wax and 'clay' but I dont tend to get on with them... Sad

Cheers!

I've had basically the same haircut since primary school and there's nout wrong with that.

I'm very much opposed to blokes with fancy 'hair-do's' - spikey highlighted mullets etc. Frankly they are gay.

however, if I don't use anything on my hair it looks like a pom pom of synthetic strands so I use the V05 remouldable gunk. Does the job without fibreglassing your hair in place. Thumbs Up

Got2be glued...

Best advice is to place it in hot water to make it easier to use... Goes rock solid! Thumbs Up it will spike my hair... and mine's over a foot long! Laughing

EDIT: Forgot to add..... It's water resistant too! Thumbs Up

I had the underneath bit bleached once...I hated it...but when I got home my mother had an absolute dicky fit & bounced off the walls & went mental at me...so I kept it and let it grow out naturally, but I coloured it a few times!!!

Serum is quite good for what you seem to need.

I have hair like a sheeps arse if not serumed to within an inch of its life, and the best I have found is Garnier Fructis (in a small round green bottle with a pump top), its dead good, smells nice, gets rid of knots with a minimum of tantrums, and tends to smooth down the most frizzalized of hair, but still leaves it feeling nice, not oily and not crispy like spray/glue/gel/clay.

I tested it out once on my dog (frizzy sheepdog) and on a paramour's bristly beard once too - worked well on both subjects Thumbs Up

You're a bloke right? When I started growing my hair a bit longer I used brill cream. Not the nicest stuff in the world, but works quite well for stopping frizz/fuzz/bighair.

You're all a bunch of tarts! Laughing When I started riding a bike I gave up styling mine in any way altogether, and I've never looked back, even when I'm without a bike. It takes no time, it doesn't cost anything, and if you have a decent hairdresser it doesn't look like crap. I just get a haircut every month or so, and I avoid the Beatles look, despite my hair's horrendous volume. Permanent bed/shower head is the way forward!

Here's some pics. The red bit is about 1/2" longer than the rest, but this can be easily trimmed.

Scruffy b*stard Wink

go get your head shaved and stop being a ponce, get a nuber 3 and stop the morning chore of standing in the mirror for ages, think of all the time you could save and spend on your bike instead.

I have frizzy hair well i think its called fine hair so when i leave it to grow anyware near your lenght i just have to get rid of it.

go on be a man just go for the razor, girls love it aswell lol

Guys, I'm not sure LH-ER5 would be too bothered to have girls stroking his head (or anywhere else, really)

Can understand you posting pics up and trying to get your point across... but what are you taking pictures of your head in what looks like a public toilet!? Confused
