As my 21st is coming up rather sharpish

I have £3500 to spend on a new bike

Now am i being realistic in wanting a Hornet for say around 3,000

in good condition, or do i go for a Naked Bandit?

Yes you are realistic it will be an 03 or 04 model at the absolute latest though, though very good condition 1999-2000 models can be had for £1999. be sure to budget for the grp 12/13 ins.

ESB has an 05 for £5200 ,

hornets are rare though , look for a fazer maybe (+1 ins group shite brakes).

rear bracket for number plate
£2K.

02/03 models go fpr around 2.8-3.2K.

never get newer for around 3K.
