ok so, was watching this earlier with a friend, part of the show was-
guess the word
mo-e
p-t
-end
sag-
it reads top to bottom and is an english word. after watching this when it was on before, and still on it now as it hasn't been guessed correctly in weeks. we decided to phone up.
if you're lucky to be put on hold. where on the show it says "if you're on hold don't dispair, stay on the line!!!" we thought fuck it why not give it a try.

so we phone up twice, first time got on hold but was paying no attention, then the phone cut out from thier end.
so we go for web entry. managed to get through with it. phone the number, put on hold. paying attention this time, it said after about 10 seconds "sorry you've not got through this time, please try again".
what a money grabbing crock of shit
anyone else had the same problem if they've decided to phone up?
what's worse is they only seem to fortunately pick bumbling idiots that pick something a thousand other people have already guessed.
