Yep

Looks like it need uncorking lol

Have you had the carbs off yet, piece o piss to work on them bikes.

Was my first big 4 stroke too mind you that was in 89 Shocked

When my pilot jets were blocked it was a real bitch to start a keep ticking over. Is it showing any of these symtoms? I remember the pilots were real hard to get unblocked even with a airline.

Goodluck wi the uncorking lol

Yeah it's hard to keep ticking over without choke, requires about 15 minutes riding to get it idling nicely.

Not right that m8

I used to do about 200 yards on about half choke then off and all was good with tickover.

Have you had a nose at plug colour?

From the little I've seen, restriction kits tend to be under powered.

However, dynos do tend to over-read.

I managed a 35hp SV by leaving a bolt in the top of one of the carbs loose, which worked it's way out, meaning one slide could hardly move. Still got 11th place though Razz Smile.

Is 12 the peak AFR?

Does it look like I have blocked pilot jets?

Is cleaning the pilot jets a big job?

Thanks,

Not a big job m8 no.

But they can be hard to clear dont even atempt it without a airline.

Watch out for the small o rings as you take the carb tops off and the white spacers underneath the e clips on the throttle slide needles. Both are easy to lose and not cheap gen parts only.
