Looks like it need uncorking lol
Have you had the carbs off yet, piece o piss to work on them bikes.
Was my first big 4 stroke too mind you that was in 89
When my pilot jets were blocked it was a real bitch to start a keep ticking over. Is it showing any of these symtoms? I remember the pilots were real hard to get unblocked even with a airline.

Yeah it's hard to keep ticking over without choke, requires about 15 minutes riding to get it idling nicely. |

From the little I've seen, restriction kits tend to be under powered.
However, dynos do tend to over-read.
I managed a 35hp SV by leaving a bolt in the top of one of the carbs loose, which worked it's way out, meaning one slide could hardly move. Still got 11th place though . |
