wouldn't you agree that in the change into this time of year everyone needs a connection, some warmth, someone to be with.. it can be a lonely time and a cold time and perhaps a time you feel isolated, i think it's a time when connections are made in the simplicity of things, not overshadowed by the excitement of the summer.. just two people looking for warmth within each other hence looking for a warm heart and soul, not just summery looks and heat of the moment flings; i think this time of year is when you find someone, you find someone you truely connect to, someone you truely adore.

sometimes you find that connection but you just can't connect, you're gone again before they can connect to you, what do you do then, when it's out of reach but still in mind & heart, move on?, move closer?... what lengths should you go to to see the same sleepy face every cold morning, the same sleepy face that fills you with warmth and love, so much so you would do anything, anything at all that day as long as tomorrow started the same way as today?

let it slip into the dark or keep the flame alight?

I guess this is just a post to spread warmth and love into the wintery months and hopefully people will take the time to appreciate what they've got or could have and to suggest that everyone needs that special someone, so if you happen to stumble across it make time for it, do whatever you can do because if you do maybe it'll appreciate you too!

to winter! Thumbs Up Crying or Very sad

The only thing about Winter I find depressing is, getting up in the dark and going home in the dark. That sucks!

On the flip side winter brings .....

Bonfire Night.

CHRISTMAS!

Snowball fights.

Snuggling in warm clothes in front of the fire.

Going out in big coats, scarves, gloves and hats. It's cosy!

But most importantly ... new boots! Very Happy

I'm going skiing.

Might do some ice-climbing.

I'll still ride, just weather conditions dictate what and how I ride.

Winter's cool (pun intended)

What a depressing post.

I'm one of those full blown seasonal depressives myself.
Apart from the physical/mental side effects, I dislike winter simply because it is a negative time in nature, everything dies, it's dark all the time and cold - which we humans don't like.
The only positive thing to come from it is the contrast with summer, we have to suffer it to enjoy summer, so have to adapt and make the most of it.
Anyway - FUCK WINTER! look outside the weather's top notch!

There's only November, December, Jan, Feb then we're looking at Spring time.

Great...realise who you cant get, way to go feeling like shit during the winter because you fall for someone that doesnt feel that way for you. lol "shouldnt take life too seriously, you will never get out alive" so true!
There is always your bike who will see you through anything, may not like it, but never complains, and will do as you wish.
