 |
|
Is it me or are more and more cars , purposly leaving on their indicators even though they have no intention of turning at all? ,
Yesterday fighting my way through salford vs Z750 (a silver one) at least 3 cars had indicators on to turn right which made me have to go round them on the left slowing me down,
this morning 4 cars did the same on a straight bit of road with no off turnings , kinda put me off my filtering game.
Or it it just coincidence?
Anythoughts?

Seems to be the opposite problem here in Stafford. Hardly any car drivers use their indicators at all. ____________________ SV650 - TRASHED

I find more bikers leave their indies on than cars tbh. I get fucking nervous around bikes when I'm in the car anyway after being rammed off mine twice, and not knowing whether they actually want to turn or not spins me out a bit.
It's easier to do it on a bike too, well I recon anyway, especially on a bright day when you can't see the lights on the dash and the relays are inaudiable through your lid and the road noise.

They only turn themselves off when you move the wheel in the opposite direction to the indicator. This can be a pain in the arse both when you have to put it back on again and when it doesn't cancel. It's easy to forget that they don't always self-cancel, depending on the situation.
If you think drivers deliberately leave indicators on, you're having a giggle. ____________________ I must not be a troll...
