Bought one of those puncture kits for the bike in case i get one. are they easy to use and if so any one got some tips or better pics on how to repair the tyre at the road side? bit of a step by step thingy im after

Its the one with the 3 air canisters and the metal poker handle thing and rubber inserts etc.

Instructions it came with are a bit basic. Confused
