I got chatting to a guy at Brands a few weeks ago, and it turns out he's the father in law of David Firmin (2006 Clubman Minitwin Champion) which is the class that G & Jon raced in. He was videoing the event, and as we chatted he told me about a vid of someone in bright orange crashing at Pembrey the month before !

In return for some photos he sent me the following movie:

Cheers swaffs.

Note ...
A) How quickly the yellow flag is being waved after I go down - one of the reasons I'm sticking with Bemsee.

B) At about 33seconds, my right hand rear set.

Can't you just make out part of it in the middle of the track.

It's impressive how quickly the flag went out! Shocked

Good video though, it's gotta make crashing all the more worth while when it's on video. Wink

Scrap the BCF2003 dvd idea, make a dvd compilation of G's crashes instead, not like we've got hardly any footage of them. Razz

In fairness, the marshall was watching the overtake - he could quite easily have been watching something else. Still good though. You were reasonably fortunate the other guy didn't hit you!
