I have two, one on each shoulder.

The left shoulder is my avatar and my right shoulder is a skull with an indian headress (it was off the back cover of the Almighty's Powertripping album) and was drawn freehand by the tattist before being inked.

Scarily enough the skull one is now 13 years old!
