Anyone done this?

My bike has a few problems being its knackered, I get around this by charging the battery on a daily basis. I know this aint good but its doing me for now. Recently its working less and less and the cells are just filling.

Any recommendations apart from replacing batteries like i do!

get the alternator fixed, and stop operating on a total-loss ignition system.

Sounds like your charging system is cooking your battery. Check the voltage going into it, once it is sorted get a decent battery, you get what you pay for. Wink

Are you using AAAs or Double Ds?

Six months of that Maintenance Regime will get you a 2nd hand alternator jobbie.
