keep watch over your bike with a bucket of fish head, and intestines. if you see someone nicking 'em, lob the bucket of chum out of your window, right onto the little buggers. A pack of starved rotweilers would finish the job off for you...

I bought some of the locking ones from ebay for my car because some gits had nicked them. Evil or Very Mad

However they are the most fiddly, pain in the arse things I have ever come across. They have a tiny little screw and screw driver that locks them on but it is just too small to be useable. If you did get them on, checking your tyre pressures would be such a major fiddly job it would just never happen.

So I never used them.

In fact you are welcome to them if you want them - but I warn you they are pants. Thumbs Down

Set up CCTV cameras in various hidden places. When you see the guy follow him till you get to his house. Wait till about 3am then break into the house, Tie his family up and then burn the house with them inside.

Oh and rember to get back the dustcaps in the process..

Or you could try and wait for them till they get them again, then get your gun out and just shoot them there. Problem is blue blood stains bike plastics. Fucking aliens.

Best thing is stop using chavy ones and go back to the black ones. Simple. Wink

Laughing Sounds spiffy, I guess snapping a blade from a disposable razor and glueing them to a cap as sneakily as possible wouldn't be out of the question? Of course only put them on at night or when leaving your bike.

To be serious though.. couldn't replacing them with cheapy black ones whilst the bike is not attended work? I understand this would also be a great pain, replacing them all the time but atleast you get to keep the "shinies" Thumbs Up Cool

Halfords sell some that you use a little spanner (well its actually a keyring Razz ) to tighten them up...but because they are so tight its IMPOSSIBLE to undo them by hand and nothing to grip onto with your fingers.

I think they are about 5 or 6 quid but they are worth it....especially when you get up in the morning to go to work and find you have 4 flat tyres because some cuntflap has decided it would be funny to let them down and nick your caps Mad

Not happened to me personally, but has happened to the old mans car on more than 1 occasion.

Providing they last that long without being nicked the metal ones have a nasty habit of corroding onto the valve stem and they never come off and you need a new valve.

Laughing I like that idea. Only snag I suppose is they might take revenge out on the bike.

Hmmmm that's true. I think perhaps the "replace with cheap ones when not in use" approach should be the preferend method until we find a way to rid this planet of the spunkbubbles.

Get hold of a couple of dead inner tubes that have schrader (sp?) valves - they come with a very thin nut that is used to clamp the valve stem onto the wheel rim. Rescue said nut and use it as a lock-nut with the metal valve cap. You'll need to carry a small spanner with you to get the cap off.

so you coat the razor bladea with Lime powder or lye , it reacts with the water in the blood , it causes a severe chemical burn at which said chav feels burning , and looks for water , puts on water ie gets worse.

trapping things with stuff like that is fantastic , many dumb chavs don't know what hit them.

What is the point of dust caps anyway?
I just let my valve stems frolic in the buff...
