Unless you have some serious cash, I suspect your money would be well spent by having a trip to your local Dyno centre to have it set up correctly. Your more likely to see a noticable difference in perfomance than wasting money on end-cans and air filters.

I take it you mean www.400greybike.co.uk

What are you finding slow about the NC35? If it's speed down straights your rapidly going to find any bike boring.

Have you thought about spending the money on track day's etc? e.g. Getting used to pushing the bike hard.

big bore it? , theres this kit which is avalible to bore it out to 450cc , there was this raped NC30 I saw which was alledged I say alledged with great care to be bored out to just under 500cc , using custom parts which was also alledged to be unrelable as a super super tuned RGV250.
