i changed the oil and filter about 150 miles ago and today when looking though the oil view window it looked a little white? is becouse the weather is cold and damp?

It goes white because there is water in the oil. That's not necessarily too bad a problem - maybe you've done a lot of short runs and the oil hasn't had a chance to get properly to temperature. Quite often this can be solved for taking the bike up for a nice long run.

Any clue as to what bike etc?

As above, it's likely to just be condensation, getting the oil good and hot should help. If you have an oil cooler fitted, blanking the oil radiator off helps to keep the oil temperature up to a point where the condensation burns off.
