i am sorry if this has already been identified but i have just bought a stormrider vest and didn't want yet another set of connectors on my battery, i already have the tags for my horn and the charger.

plus the open metal connector that comes with the vest didn't inspire confidence Neutral

i thought maybe i could get the vest to work with the charger lead instead, noting that the accumate accessories are quite expensive, i thought i'd seen this plastic white connector before.
"TAMIYA model cars! that's the one", went up to the loft and grabbed an extension lead for the battery chargers and it worked!

they appear to be the opposing polarity but.............. Cool

this is where they seem cheapest,

in short, the vest now works with the same charging lead used by the optimate3, and it didn't cost me a penny, result! Wink

hope this helps to simplify any power accessories installs on your bikes,
next, i think i'll make the lead with a cigarette lighter socket on it to charge me phone, pda, blah blah blah in the tank bag. Thumbs Up

They are available at Maplins. I fitted one onto the wire for the heated grips, so I just plug it in when ever I need it. Like you mentioned, the polarity is reversed, so you will have to connect your wires accordingly, if you want to plug any accessories into the optimate socket.

You could easily use a tiny screwdriver to release the pins and sockets on the optimate charger and fly-lead and swap them over. Then they would be the same way round as all your other accessories.
