Cracked my bellypan

Inspecting the bike last night I have a half inch crack near one of the mounting points which I don't want to get any bigger for obvious reasons. Thing is I'm a bit unsure on what it's made out of and how to fix it!

From feeling the inside of the bellypan it's very lumpy, like fibres, so I would assume it is made from fibreglass? If it is made from fibreglass, would something like THIS be ok to use on the inside of the bellypan behind the crack?

Or, could it be made out of plastic and I need a fairing repair kit? (pricey). I don't want to end up buying the wrong kit and end up making the damage to the bellypan any worse that's all!
