RS50cc Standard BHP?

Anyone know the standard BHP for a Aprilia RS50, only curious as I want to know to see if my RX50 is bigger than my friends RS50! Very Happy

Thats a motorhispania rx50 isn't it? If so, then i'm afraid it uses the same engine as the rs50, so the power will no doubt be similar.

About 6-7, if its been perfectly run in, on a good day, if your lucky.

Infact if it is standard, it has not been derestricted, in which case you are looking at 2hp.

And just to add, that site that strag posted is the biggest load of tosspiles evAr. It's like it's just had every pub talk power and weight number added.

They should be the same since they have basically the same engine. But i think the apprilia has something slightly modified by apprilia, like the carburetor, i think.
It just i used to have a RX50 with loads of spares and my mate had a RS50, and if I recall right that was the only thing that wasn't interchangeable.

But the minor differences of power just depend on how its been run in, and more of a major difference if it has been ported.
