This affects the following:

YZF-R1, FZ6N/S, FJR1300/A, TDM900/A, MT-01, XV1700PC & XT660R/X
manufactured between 2002 and 2005.

There's potentially an issue with the throttle position sensor, the idle
speed may become intermittently unstable, causing the engine to stall.

I've had this happen a couple of times on the FJR, and a nice lady
in Yamaha Customer Services on 01932358000 has just confirmed my
FJR is affected.

The same thing was posted in general last week.

What actually happens ? Does it only stall at idle and does it start again ok ?

Stalls at idle.. it's not even a stall.. it just stops.

Starts fine tho.. I thought it was just down to 56k miles.

the idle is a bit lumpy too..
