Today morning drive..

Couple of incidents in todays morning drive... thought would share..

1. Filtering thru a bend in road, there was a side street, from where a car appeared. As usual, the observant me, saw it and stopped, the guy wanted to cross the road and cud see nothing of oncoming traffic , (big van on bend, u get the picture). He asked me, which i assumed he is asking if there is vehicle coming , and i nodded yes (stupid stupid me Embarassed

).. I cud see a van coming and was nodding to say yes there is something coming. couldn't get my hands up as was on gear. And the guy just went without any check.. and there it was a van at full speed, lots of tyre squealing , nerve wrecking moments... Never, ever am gonna nod unless am sure of the question. God bless the poor guy! Twisted Evil

2. M25 full jam, me filtering thru.. let another experienced motorbike thru, tried to keep up for a min, then left it as lost cause!! momentary lapse of concentration and hit mirror of stationary car Embarassed

! luckily i never filter at high speed and i was conscious the gap was quite narrow, so was able to stop then and there when it touched... gave a big FAT grin, raised hand to apologise, and the guy just smiled. Thumbs Up

3. Realised my gloves aren't warm enough, had left the inner gloves in office, so my hands were literally frozen. kept it under warm water for 5 mins, and they seem fine now..

4. Lastly, all you sports bike lovers, started to feel bit pain in the back... guess it's the position.. any chiro-practioner out there Laughing

That's about it, random banter.. might b useful to someone! Thumbs Up

dont think i would even attempt to filter, my little 125 wouldnt put out a lot even on normal roads.

eek was the pedestrian ok? how close did he come to gettin hit?? Shocked
