Ok...I was planning on cooking a really nice bangers and mash for my missus tonight, it's a seriously good version, i made it up.

Anyways, she text me saying she wants something healthy Rolling Eyes

As i was thinking of my dish i have no idea what to do.

Anyone got a nice simple recipe they've done for two, that doesn't require buying bags and packs of things i'll only use once.

Thanks

Killa Wink Thumbs Up

Did my GF thai tuna steaks, they were excellent. Bit expensive but fairly healthy too.

Define "healthy"?

If you use good quality sausages that are at least 60% meat and grill them, real potatoes mashed with just a touch of butter and a splash of milk, some nice steamed green veg (peas, string beans, sugar snaps, green cabbage etc) you are covering all the food groups with nothing to excess and providing a good, nutritionally balanced meal. Thumbs Up

Using good quality ingredients and taking some time to prepare them properly is far more important nutritionally than just banging a pile of ready-washed (in chlorine) salad and a piece of (farmed) fish on a plate.
