trying to remove the last engine bolt from my nsr 125 its a 02 reg just dont seem to budge its the smaller one near the sprocket ive undone the nut the bolt that goes through just wont come out the other end has a alen key type end tried undoing doesnt seem to move if any one has any ideas please let me no this is all thats stopping me fitting my new engine Sad cheers

There's probably a lot of force bearing down on the bolt. Try 'lifting' the engine with a car jack (or wooden blocks or by getting a mate to lift it and shoogle it about) to take the weight off the bolt.

Do they know how to use a 'Shoogle' down there?

Can you get a good hold of something to give it a dogging with a pipe over the allen key?
You could try firing all the bolts in again and trying the tight ones 1st.
I don't know what bolt you're referring to but if they go in they invariably come out again.

done it hit allen key with a hammer and that done the job engine is now out Very Happy cheers for your input

Perhaps a tenner invested in an impact wrench may be better than using the wrong tools for the job.
