I'm buying one of these tomorrow (C2) and cant wait. The only problem might be getting it down my path. Can someone measure the widest point, ie mirror to mirror with the mirrors turned in as far as they go? The CBR600 makes it fine, and has widish mirrors, so I'm hoping it will be the same. Otherwise I'll have to turf the wifes car out of the garage Very Happy

And whilst we're on the subject, its a bit late now as I'm picking it up, but whats peopels geenral thoughts on these bikes? Basically wanted somethign with more grunt than the CBR600 but retain the the sort of allround ability and comfort. Ie I dont want an all out racer. Had it for an hour test ride and it seemed to tick the boxes - strong engine, roomy seating etc, but its always good to hear from people that have owned one.

I've heard they are very good bikes (I can't remember what else they said!).

They are amazing bikes, my Dad has one. Very very fast, and the seat is very spacious. I like the general feel of the F2P whilst sat on it, very suited to me as theres minimal reaching. They sound good and run well, infact the last few bikes my Dad has had have been ZX9Rs, he was going to get the ZX10R but his pillion didn't like the seat so he stuck with the ZX9R, which he said he preferred too.

They are good for touring, he had an older model and did thousands of miles in Europe on it with no complaints, on this bike he did a tour of the U.K with his mate and said there was no worries there either.

Hope you enjoy it, post loads of pictures!

And to answer the question, both houses its been at have had VERY tight alleyways and it has managed to squeeze down both ok, though I can't measure it and even if I could its not the same model Sad
