Hi

Good question, but I think the main factor is if it is coloured.

All the best

I thought the only coloured lights allowed on the front were yellow or white?

Shall go and find out.

EDIT:

just read again and realised its tinted. Guess its ok but a bit pointless in the dark.

Well if they bring in daytime running lights for all vehicles I'm going to get myself some coloured covers, legal or no. It'll be the only way to make a bike stand out against the rest of the traffic. Peoplefind it hard enough seeing bikes now it'll be a nightmare if everyone has dipped lights on. Agree night time requires decent lights but fortunately I don't go out that much after dark.
