You can't have looked that hard, there's plenty of threads on here about this
The flasher relay you have uses the electrical resistance of the indicators as part of it's timing circuit. LED bulbs essentially have zero resistance so that all goes to pot.
You need to either fit additional resistors into the wiring or buy a flasher relay which is designed to drive the LEDs (look on ebay for cheap ones)

Thanks for the reply. I have looked on the forum and found plenty of the threads and tried some of the common solutions. I have already got a relay designed for LED indicators however they are still not functioning correctly, because they used to flash like hazards and no longer do so (even though everything is wired as before) I'm thinking I have possibly broke my new relay? Anyone know how I can check this? |

Just to say that I have now returned the LED flasher relay and popped in four 21 Watt resistors (as suggested by finpos) which I got from Hein Gericke this works brilliant and saves faffing about with relays, cheers for your help everyone |
