My personal opinion is that if I could go back in time I wouldn't have bothered with getting a 125cc. |
Everyone opinion is different though, i had a 125 for around 6 months or so, and would recommend it for a couple of reasons
Firstly, at my age (40ish) i found it very difficult to shake off 20 odd years of driving cars, and retrain my brain/hand eye coordination for riding bikes, that 6 months helped me no end
Secondly, at £100 for the CBT, and a £800 for a bike (which i sold 6 months for exactly what i paid for it), it gave me a cheap entry into 2 wheeled motoring, and gave me 6 months to see if i liked it or not, rather than spunking out £1200 on DAS, then another £1500 on a bike bike, only to find i might not have enjoyed it ____________________ Current Bike: Honda CG125 ES4 // Honda CB600FS Hornet // Triumph Street Triple R |
