the pipes are made by gibsons(top guys, super service),the swing arm is powder coat effect, rather than real carbon(can quite strech to that kind of price Shocked ),the motor has a mild tune and i'm running a pair of 28mm delorto's,it goes ok at the moment but the carbs are way to rich and she's not keen on passing 7k,as soon as its mot'd and run in its going to be set up(the delorto's are an unknown factor on rd motors),i'm hopeing for mid 60's hp and the bike weighs no more than 140 kilos wet, should be fun Twisted Evil .
which tzr is it ?,a cr500 motor will go into the earlier tzr 125's and you can fit an rd motor into the later one's

Well done mate, good project, good idea, hard work, Smile

it feels, very small and very light and hopefully should pull to the end of the mito's clock(forks are sh1te though, too soft, will have to think about a change/upgrade Confused ,managed to get an mito sp shock for the rear, which at least is adjustable),MOT,set up and paint job first

Be careful in 1st and second!
RD's are eager enough, the lower weight and shorter wheel base of that thing is going to lead to many power wheelies racing mates Laughing
