Clipon bolt shired
side of wheel grazed
rad possibly cracked
fork seal gone (maybe forks fubar too)

I didn't drop it though,

I smashed up the side off his car, and punchured his wheel,

From the damage it does look like he pulled out on you so I'm guessing you shouldn't lose any no claims as its his fault.

Hopefully you are ok (no mention in post), and I hope your bike gets back on the road soon.
