Hand problems

Hmm,

After the crash I had last sunday my right hands knuckle and first joint of each finger wont stop clicking every one does except my pinky and to be honest its driving me mad its not that it hurts alot its that it just bugs the sh*te out of me.

The doctor I went to see about my fingers tingling didnt know what is causing my knuckles and joints to do it, big help mate that was a waste of money

Any ideas what could be causing this if so how do I stop it ?

I found that deep heat works for about 30mins at its best

And NO its not wankers cramp

Clicking joints are caused by scaring on the tissue. When the bone touches the scar it clicks. Did you bang your hand in the crash?

It's also caused by pockets of air in the joint, which is why purposely clicking/cracking your knuckles doesn't as it's believed cause Arthritis.....

The joints in my hand have done it for years due to a steel shaft falling across my hands when I used to be a Fabricator/Welder.....

And my neck does it from time to time from when I was hit across the neck/back with a shovel.....Don't ask.....

Yeah thats whats causing my fingers to tingle according to the doc told me to buy some ibuprofen and to basicly prob it up on a pillow at night that was it, it has worked a bit but that doesnt bother me.

Its the cracking its annoying as hell although what I have read it does not cause arthritis (yay!) so Im not too bothered about that but the amount it does it is worrying every time I move from ope hand to closed they all pop so somethings not right

My knees crack every morning, was quite freaky at 1st because it sounds like my thigh bone is going to shatter every time I do it.

my left foot does it from my first crash years ago, if im stood up and your next to me sat down ect, you can feel it through the floor

doesnt really bother me as it only does it say 2 times a week.
