right just wondering if theres ANY ways they can add a xtra gear(7th) cause since downgearing(-1/+2) its nice accel but on A or M roads its like i could do with a last click cause it sounds quite raw when cruising in 6th gear but @ 6-9k

if poss how much, etc, etc? cause i wouldnt loose the accel iv got now & still have that xtra 7th gear to take less strain

Thumbs Up Wink

Hi

Massive amounts of money. Essentially a new shift drum and new gears. And as one offs you are looking at a good few thousand pounds.

All the best

Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

OMG! erm so getting a 1000cc then downgearing that would be a better way i suppose then? as it'll still have alot more grunt left so not high revving so much?

i hit 150 today(with pillion) but thats also cause its downgeared so it'll be over-reading but @ 150(on clock) it was very raw like touching 10-11k Sad

Hi

I would just say not to down gear it anything like so much. Yes you have a bit more go in first, but the rest of the time you could have just used a lower gear instead.

All the best
