As the guys have said, it is indeed dry lips. Try applying some lipbalm before going to sleep and this should stop your lips drying out before you wake up. Thumbs Up

WTF? So 14 pints of water before bed for me then...

I think it only applies to girly lightweights that one colin.

Laughing Because you'll end up pissing like a racehorse all night and will be able to lie in it face first to stop your lips drying up?

The traditional method is to have a water directly after having a beer. That method is for pansies though.

Could be, if you sleep with your mouth open then it could be saliva that has gone on your lips and kinda solidified a bit? Sometimes my bloke gets white in the corners of his lips and it just wipes away. I've had it too, guess maybe it's where I'm catching flies in my sleep Wink
If its itchy or something, it could be thrush or something skanky Smile

I get chapped lips in summer or winter even though I drink plenty of water. It doesn't really bother me that much though. Use a towel or and light abrasive sponge to remove the dead skin. Lypsul is cheap.

Chin up, it could be worse, you could be blind or have nob-rot, or both.
