Hi

Has anyone bought tickets over the phone for motogp tickets recently? If so, how long did it take for them to be delivered???

I paid and bought mine just over a week ago and they still haven't arrived. I'm going to call up soon but just wondered if anybody else has taken a week or so?

Or i'm just being impatient

I got mine today lisa, but i ordered mine of ticketmaster bout 3 months ago

Donnington Park have still managed to screw it up thou, they have sent me the camping permits and not the weekend tickets, one is useless without the other, thou i must say their customer service is good, i rang them up and they are sending them out by special delivery because they "forgot" them

Oh no!!

I ordered mine through ticket master too!!!

I tried to call earlier and the voice mail message said unless the event is within seven days they will not deal with late deliveries!!!

What number did you call if you don't mind me asking, or pm me??

I really want my tickets!!!! Considering they have took my money and all!!!

well, i kinda went round the houses tbh, firstly i rang ticketmaster like you did, tbh i ignored the 7 day rule and got through to an operator, i think its option 2 bout ticket enquiries who told me that

"the camping ticket i had purchased would alow me weekend access on its own" i want happy so rang dpark who said no it isnt - but that they were sorting it with ticketmaster - if u want their number its 01332 810 048 - it was all sorted within 10 mins, they and ticketmaster both rang me back and my weekend tickets whud b here 2morrow so

tbh thou, i wouldn't be too worried you havent recieved ure tickets, it says on the ticketmaster website only bookings taken before the 12th may have been dispached yet, + i av used ticketmaster on various occasions, and in my experience the tickets have always reached me - like i say i payed for mine in feb wen we arranged the trip - the thinkin behind it i think is the less time u have the tickets the less likely u are to loose them

Just ordered mine this evening off the ticketmaster website. When do you reckon they might send them out? It had something on there about 10 days beforehand but I'd have thought that'll be cutting it a bit fine.

all their tickets r sent special delievery so the day after they dispach them you get them, u have to sign for them thou and they can arrive anytime before 12

Whenever I've ordered MotoGP tickets before, they have delivered them a week or less before the event.

Don't worry, they'll arrive. I think its supposed to be some anti-tout measure or something.
