Is a tad point and squirt (mainly because id crashed about a week earlier - on the corner 3.15 in, hence uber slowness there- and the bike was being a bit weird handling too) but i think i knock about 150 on it.

When the needle is vertical on the speedo its 120.

One thing i would say, when looking for an overtake on the second vid, you got right back in the centre of the lane and sat right behind the trucks (or it looked abit like that).

A) Tis crap for visibility
B) No where to dodge if they slam on
C) Means you take longer to overtake

Just my twopence worth, feel free to ignore. Am very jealous of the 7r, but then again, i loves my wheelies i does.

Why would you ever need to sit in a trucks slip stream on a ZX7R?

surely there is enough power there to not need to, sit back in a position you can acheive better visability in and wait for the time to pin the throttle and get passed.

I fail to see how calling someone a shit rider is a personal attack.

The reason its funny is because everybody thinks they are a good rider/driver. So hate it when someone else informs them that they are not so great.

Sounds rude and looks meaner than the 6R, has longer gears, is planted around corners, and not twitchy when power is laid on thick through a corner.

The down side is that it is a little large, but I only found this a problem at first, now I don’t care, the bikes awesome.

It depends on your use for it, if it’s for pleasure/commuting and a ride outs, do it.

If you want something that will do track as standard you may have to tweak the thing, as G said in the general thread, it isn’t as flicky as some modern 600’s.
I know riders could murder a gixxer 600 on a 7R, so TBH I don’t care about what’s on paper, it goes on the tarmac.

I pay around £450 for the year 5 years no claims and I’m 22.
