is it legal to use a pushbike digital speedo on a motorbike instead of the factory fitted speedo i.e because its an aprilia and it keeps breaking Rolling Eyes

well there was a post a few months back on this subject, another bcf'er having the same problem as me with odd readings and it was put down to this.

Pushbike speedos should be used on the front wheel if possible - don't use wireless ones as these do pick up interference.

I've used a wired one connected to the rear wheel in the past, with some speaker wire spliced in to extend it and not had a problem!

Wireless ones are known to be dodgy, though.
