Advice on Boots, pls help need advice asap

Right need some basic advice.

Just bought a pair of white Oxtar tcs replica rx boots. Now rather typically they don't make a size ten. So I've gone for a 9.5 as when I tried the 10.5 the boot felt loose and my heel felt like it would come out the cup.

However, now that I have the 9.5's on my toes are just touching the plastic cap and are a weeny bit squeezed, just a wee bit, I'm sitting at my office desk wearing them and they're peachy but when I stand up to walk around my toe just touches.

think the key question is, will they stretch at all and will there be any give?? Do boots generally speaking stretch?

I have about a day to make my mind up before I have to pay extra to exchange them so rapid response appreciated.

I am not sure why you cant get size 10's as I have from my local bike shop.

I have found however as these are my second pair of boots that when I bought a pair of size 9's which are my usualy size that they were pretty tight but did give over time, I have bought a pair of size 10's this time so they fit just nice from day one.

In answer to your question they do give slightly, primarily around the calf and ancle but just enough around the foot to give that extra bit of comfort.

All of the above is based on my opinion only and you will find others state different, it also depends on what type of boots you buy!

My guess is you will be ok with them in a week or two.
