looks like your water pump seal has gone it happened on my dt the seal is just behind the water pump propellar i think and the seal for mine was £13  ____________________ cbt passed 01/07/2006 bike:92 dt 125 and 96 honda cr 250
theory:PASSED! A2 test:PASSED 08/11/2006 restricted to 33bhp for 2 years |

the seal looked ok on mine aswel but once i replaced it the oil didnt turn milky anymore but before you fit it wash all your clutch and everything in petrol just to get it all the contaminated oil out  ____________________ cbt passed 01/07/2006 bike:92 dt 125 and 96 honda cr 250
theory:PASSED! A2 test:PASSED 08/11/2006 restricted to 33bhp for 2 years |

I think that's the gearbox oil, not the crank.
Don't know how to solve it though  |

i dont think the water can get to your gearbox from the head.if the head gasket has gone you can check by taking the spark plug out turn the engine over with the kill switch off and see if water splashes out but really i think the only way water can get into your gearbox oil is by the woater pump seal behind the propellar  ____________________ cbt passed 01/07/2006 bike:92 dt 125 and 96 honda cr 250
