As said, appears at first sight to be in conflict with the first amendment

That is, by restricting what you view they are restricting free speech.
I would expect US based providers to be in a pickle over that.

Hopefully this was aimed in at the thread in general, rather than at me specifically - I'm aware of the 'known offender' trend in child abuse - I was simply reacting to a comment that was itself talking about net content! Wink
