Hi my phone is playing up and think it needs to be replaced,thing is ive had my phone replced 3 or 4 times already,does anyone know if thery will replace it again?

If it's still under warranty or insured, they have to.

Depends on how it started playing up.

Put a phone in the washing machine and they don't have to do anything.

How long have you had the handset, and do you have insurance on it?

Luckily my insurance covers me for water damage.
