Its all about pacification.
Hazel was (and still is) thinking of getting a boob op just to balance them out (her right is noticably bigger then the left - which is perter).

I have a confidence issue with my belly, which has always been there to some extent. If i could be arsed i would get lipo. See no problem with it.
Due to the media we are all striving for unattainable standards, if a few grand helps us feel we are nearer to them, so be it.
As for the putting weight on argument to get big tits, i think the crucial point in all this is pertness. I dont mind want size they are as long as they stay in the same vague area/shape when the bra comes off. Long as there is something.
Its a shallow lust isnt it. Women (whether you will admit it or not is your lookout) will describe in there imaginary 'perfect' man a big cock.
We describe in our 'perfect' woman big tits. Doesnt mean we love a girl with smaller boobs any less, just as you dont love us less for a smaller cock.
But few people go out looking for a guy with a micro cock, or a girl with saggy insect bites.

Doesn't every girl want perfect natural breasts?
I used to go out with a girl who had a bit of a pot belly but other than that had a klovely figure with 34D cup size. Just a bit more than a handful but they were awesome and natural.
My missus is gorgeous, she doesn’t have an ample rack I think a modest size up would look fantastic and not out of place.

I got 100% on that real or fake test. Should I be worried? 
I think that if a woman has very small breasts and has implants to go from her size to a more natural size, say A cup to C cup, they tend to look more natural. It's when women have perfectly fine breasts then have them made huge they look awful.
Lea on Big Brother, they just look awful, especially from the side. Like you could twist them round and pluck them off.

I pretty much transformed myself over the summer between year 10 + 11. I got contact lenses, lost about 2 stone and put on loads of leg muscle, started getting professional hair cuts and i got an unsightly mole removed from my face.
Id always been confident, i could always talk to everyone. But after all that i actually felt attractive, or at least passable. The self esteem problems will ALWAYS be there, and there comes a point were you need to stop, true. It can be addictive, and can turn you into a very shallow person and in most cases - ie jackie stallone, jacko, lea from bb- you just look fuck ugly and weird.
But everything in life is about feeling good about yourself, and like i say, if someone has serious confidence issues about their appearance a few grand is fuck all to pay to help ease them.

Everybody has a certain amount of fat, as long as you arent unhealthy then being fat is fine. Spot's fall into a slightly different category, I was on about plastic surgery here. For instance anyone who wishes to get in shape through natural mean's, exercise and healthy diet is perfectly fine in my view on this subject.

Yep. Your worrying about what you perceive other people to think of you. How people look to themselves is irrelevant to most, how they look to other people and how they compare to other people is what (wrongly) matter's to them.
These unnatainable goal's create far more problem's, such as eating disorder's and depression, than they solve by people paying for lipo or a boob job. If the majority of people were capable of realising this, which they never will be, then people as a whole would be happier and better off imho.
I'm also a great beleiver in keeping thing's as natural as is possible.

Making them actually feel better without resorting to plastic surgery is a far better idea. So realising that who they are is actually fine would be a far better long term prospect. What happen's when someone get's old and wrinkly and their boobs sag, they get more surgery. How about telling them that ageing is natural, it's what happens and they should be proud that they are themselves.

Ugly people do that for us. That why we occasionally stick our head in Aldi.
Thing is, you have (in various conversations) proved you are pretty deep, when it comes to women anyway. Which is great, except ive realised at 19 fuck off am i getting into another relationship, these are the glory days and im not being tied down and in all the time.
To that end, any shags i will get will be governed mainly by looks. Both mine and theres. And the other part of sexual appeal is confidence. If you think you look good, you're more confident, and its attractive.
The double standards are a bit bizarre though. So its healthier to spend 6 months eating bugger all (or even worse atkins dieting it) and trying to run several miles a day then going for a routine surgery?
See i spotted this last night, only us westerners get 'diet' coke, everywhere else gets coke 'light'. This is obviously because the word diet is synonomous for preferred now in our culture, and the opposite to diet is fat. Its simple psychology, but obviously in other cultures that arent as media orientated its not as bad.
But i still struggle to believe you would fancy a girl PURELY on her personality, which leads me to infer you care about her looks (you've already said its fine to lose weight etc, long as its healthy). You do realise what happens to a pair of full boobs when someone loses weight dont you...
So you spend your year/6 months eating like a gerbil to end up with boobs like spaniel ears. Ends up making you feel less feminine and sexual. What then? After the holy grail of losing weight, after all that acheivement, they still dont feel good about themselves, because of the boobs.
You still begrudge them sticking in a bit of silicone to just fill the original skin?

I would be concerned about loosing the sensitivity in them...
Having seen too many women go through surgery on their breasts (to remove cancer) I can't think of anything worse than chopping them open unnecessarily 
Anyone see the program a couple of years ago where they showed cosmetic surgery ops live?
ALl I can say for the breast enlargement procedure is OUCH!

Not exactly true. I remember seeing a programme where a girl had breast reduction surgery. Let's keep in mind; though breasts have god-like powers over men (apparently 10 minutes of staring at boobies is comparable to a 30 minute aerobics workout) they can't defy the laws of gravity and any woman with enormous, natural breats will have them flopping down to their waist. It would be debilitating.
Anyway, this girl, when they were out of a bra they were absolutely gigantic, and not in any sort of good way. If she lay down on a bed, they would flop out down her sides and dangle halfway to the floor. So she had breast reduction surgery.
Then there's the old fat lesbians on their period who don't like being stared at for having a nice rack, so they revert to their 12 year old mosquito bites.  |

Ex had it done(twice), her choice not mine, and the implants will need replaced within 10 years. Just at a point where you really can't afford it.... 
Can also cause sensation loss etc etc. I for one wouldn't recommend someone to get it done
